Knowing Lower Back Pain


The most frequent cause of lower back pain is strain. Muscle tissue and suspensors ligaments in the back support the vertebra and keep it in position. When these muscles and ligaments are unnecessarily stressed it is painful the lower back region. 

Back pain can occur if you suddenly raise some thing heavy or if rising heavy weights, is a normal practice with you. Sedentary jobs are also a reason for the particular onset of back pain. Over weight individuals are prone to suffer from back ache, as the weight stresses the muscles in the back. One more reason for ache in this region is inflammation of the joint parts and connective tissue. If the back ache is very extreme or frequent, then you must visit a medical doctor, for guidance and therapy. Don't overlook ongoing nagging pain in the region. However, if the ache is due to a personal injury, then you can try some of the following remedies for back pain relief.

The easiest way of having relief from pain is to provide the lower back area hot fermentation. For this you can either use a heating system mat or a warm water bag or container. If a warm water container is not readily available, do not stress. Complete an old sock with rice and tie a knot to it. Microwave the sock using the rice in it on high, for 2 min's and use this lying on your back rather than the container to decrease your pain.
